The entire staff is very nice. From dentist to reception, They make you feel very comfortable. I had quite a few teeth pulled, and it was quick and easy, not much pain afterward at all. Unfortunately, I then needed a denture. Dr. Isaac's advised me that I would need a temporary set, and then a permanent set. I would have to pay for the temporaries- insurance wont pay twice. Fine, $900.00. Well the denture comes in and it looks awful I look like I am wearing a mouthpeice to go play football or something. Sympathetically Dr. Isaac's says he will call the manufacturer and have a new one by Monday. Fine. Monday comes I get a call from the overly nice receptionist who advised me your case is not in yet, can we make it wed? fine. wed I go to my appt. and Dr. Isaac's says he never told me they were getting another one and that the temporaries arehit or miss- and we missed. Now if I was made aware of the hit ormiss scenario I would not have paid $900.00 - to have a set of teeth made that I
