Our Lady of Grace School Reviews

I think that the school is really helpful and strict with the rules and good with our children. The principal works every day growing good and qualify children to the near future. The parents whom do not want their chldren to improve in all aspects must leave Our Lady Of Grace.

This school quality of education to me is basic.I Think it has to do with poor leadership and unqualified teachers .To me it is more obout money money money. You must find a way to bring back the quality of education to this school.Good Luck.

My child is now eight years old and has been going to our lady of grace since kinderten. To be truthful to you I do not see any improvement I really don't know why I even bother to send him there. I do think they should get the school a new principal and some new educated teachers, in that way our children will enable to get a more quality education and quality of academic programs. Our Lady of Grace really need a face lift with all this money we are paying out for school fee.The principal finds every way possible to drain our pockets for money even though we are paying school fees. The school has no sports whatsoever no activities.

The academic program is outdated to say the least! The office staff is very unpleasant and unfriendly. I removed my child from this school last year to another school in the area and my child is doing much better. This school does not foster good christian values and the students are disrespectful. Money is the priority here!

Good Academic program. Good availability of after school programs. High level of parent involvement.

The principal Ms. Lewis of Our Lady of Grace School and her administrative staff need a course in communication. They do not know how to communicate with teachers and parents alike in a professional manor. Academically the school is average, but the administrative staff nasty attitude has taken away from that. Ms. Lewis has no appreciation for the parents who chose to send their children to that school. School responsible is to work with parents to ensure that each child academic and social skills is been developed. Our Lady of Grace is not meeting that. I rate the school a C for academic achievements (the teachers) and an overall F for leadership (Principal Ms. Lewis and other administrative staff). The leadership sets the tone of the school.

This school is in need of a serious make over. The clasess are extremely over crowed. (There are anywhere from 27-35 kids per calls room) One would think since they are paying for there children education, it would be a classroom where there where no more than 25 kids per class room, and that still pushing it. There are no extracurricular activities and the level of parent involvment is next to none. I personally think the teachers really need to take a few workshop and learn how to deal with kids in an effective manner which would promote posivitiy and self encouragment. Also the staffs are not helpful, not to mention rude. The school crossing guard is only there 2 to 3 times per week and so is the school nurse. Hopefully the principal Mrs. Lewis have a sit down with here staff ASAP.

This school has the potential to be great but the continue over crowding of classes reminds me of public school. The school appears to only care about money rather that the teaching. The school hardly has any extra activies (ie. Music, second language). Send your child to a private school. Catholic schools are the next public schools. The pre-k classes have an average of 30 children to one teacher and one para. Some teachers are running back and forth from class to class because there are no subs. There is no school nurse. The school aid sub classes (who ever heard of such a thing)! This school needs to get it's act together fast!
